I’m sure that we are all planning our Thanksgiving holiday activities and thinking about a few days of rest and enjoyment. This is a special holiday celebrating gratitude. Elie Wiesel stated: “For me, every hour is grace. And I feel gratitude in my heart each time I can meet someone and look at his or her smile.” 

Captured here is the significance of giving so simply. It speaks of our individual impact. We can be grateful for being able to positively impact others. It also reminds me that all of us in our School of Dentistry help people smile. I am grateful for your spectacular efforts that make one another and our patients smile. 

I wish that everyone gives and experiences grace this Thanksgiving.
